Yes. Your credit card will be charged when your orders. Upon completion of checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you once your order ships.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Because our system is designed to process orders very quickly, it is not always possible to make any changes or cancel an order after it has been placed.  Please contact us here to see if we can make a change to your order. Otherwise remember that we offer free returns!  Please contact EMAIL for a return label once you have received your order if you wish to return it.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

We offer free Ground Shipping for all Netherlands orders, excluding luggage. For 2-Day or Overnight service, please review the rates at checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for all ground orders. You must place your order before 11:30am  for same day shipping, otherwise it will be processed the following business day.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MYORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?  HOW DO I TRACKMY ORDER?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

MY POSTNL TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE IT YET.  WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Due to the PostNL using multiple carriers, at times packages show delivered 48 hours before arrival.  Please wait 48 hours, and if your package has still not been delivered, please contact us here.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship internationally to Europe and UK for a flat rate for shipping.  Duties and Taxes will be collectable upon delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out!  But don’t worry, we offer returns for all new and unused products purchased from
prestigebag.nl, go through Return Policy.

WHEN WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED?

Please allow up to 5 business days from the time we received your return to process the refund. And allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to refund your account. Credit will be refunded back to your account in the same form which it was received.
